Kelly Gitter Has Knowledge of Excellent Training & Nutritional Programs

Kelly Gitter is a fitness instructor who has been training clients of different age groups and levels from the last 10 years. Health and fitness has always been the main priority in Kelly’s life from a tender age as she understood the importance of being fit by playing sports. She has been active in sports since 11 years old and was always involved in badminton, soccer and basketball representing schools and clubs. 



Being in a consistent state of good health, she is enable to perform at any sporting event or activity when the time calls for one. She still participates in some sports events which allows her to have fun and enjoy her favourite sports with great company and satisfaction. 



Kelly Gitter specialises in coaching women, female fat-burning and muscle sculpting training and has helped many ladies achieve their desired physique throughout her personal training career. Being a personal trainer, her main responsibility is to enhance the components of fitness for the general, healthy people. She has all the knowledge of excellent training and nutritional programs that will kick a fitness routine into high gear in achieving a toned and chiseled body.  



She firmly believes that proper exercise prescription may result in increased physical performance, improved body composition, numerous positive health outcomes , and a healthier heart. Her beliefs helps her in staying motivated in the industry to help as many people as she can. 



Kelly Gitter has specialization in weight management, functional training, core conditioning, strength training, circuit training,  endurance sports, aerobics, spinning, yoga, cardiovascular training etc. Her exercise programs tend to emphasize core strength, high intensity interval training and functional strength training. Recently, she has also started Zumba classes in her fitness studio. This has created a new motivation drive among her clients who are regularly attending the classes and showing a great enthusiasm. 



Kelly believes in sharing the experience with people through her guidance as a fitness instructor, for enjoying life that something everyone should endeavour. She guides as a coach, trainer, motivator and most of all, as a friend.

When not busy in training her clients, she likes to travel to different cities, fishing, and perform adventure sports.
